Go into: ACP --> Styles --> Themes --> Edit Prosilver.

Search for:

Code: Select all

#wrap {
	padding: 0 20px;
	min-width: 650px;
}
Change it to:

Code: Select all

#wrap {
	padding: 12px 20px;
	min-width: 650px;
	width: 90%; /* This changes the width of your style to a fluid 90%. */
	margin: 0 auto; /* This center aligns your wrap width on the browser page */
	background-color: #FFFFFF;     /* Gives the wrap a white background */
	border-radius: 6px; /* The Rounded corners for all modern browsers */
}
Now search for:

Code: Select all

html, body {
	color: #536482;
	background-color: #FFFFFF;
}
Change it to:

Code: Select all

html, body {
	color: #536482;
	background-color: #0080ff;
}
If you want it to have an image border simply search for:

Code: Select all

	background-color: #0080ff;

Change it to:

Code: Select all

	background-image: url("http://cdn.wallpapersafari.com/27/61/RJsoUd.jpg");
You can change the width of the new border easily by adjusting:

Code: Select all

width: 90%; /* This changes the width of your style to a fluid 90%. */
Change it to 80% for a wider border, 95% for a thinner border.
