I dont know where they got it, but FreeForums has implemented a great smiley mod, so that anyone can upload any image they want to become a smiley.

I think this would be great for us to have, since then you guys wont have to decide which smileys are cool to use, and that way we, the members, dont have to wonder when they will get uploaded.

hmmm yea I have seen this...it's pretty good but I expect that it is something they have developed themselves

well that is what they claimed...they claimed they developed the; guest welcome box, community chest, image poster & simile uploader themselves

Well, the Guest Welcome Box was based off a very very similar mod which did exactly the same thing but was positioned in a differnt way. They didn't 'develop' the Image Poster mod, they simply bought the company and didn't change a single feature. And community chest is a joke. They say you collect donations but they don't remind you that around 20% of money donated is deducted and put into their pockets to cover the service, despite already being hounded by adverts.

Anyway verdilak, if you could find an existing mod, that would be great as then it gives Md something to look at and consider, rather than having to consider attempting a custom one which wouldn't be preferable.

Yea, I am trying to find a smiley mod... they might have done the work themselves, but I am still confident I can find one.

I have hunted myself and cannot find one...if anyone does please help us out here (otherwise it looks like md might have to build it himself, surely it can't be that hard to create an upload system?)
