Is there a way for me to completely transfer myself to another domain? Otherwise, isn't it possible to backup a forum and take that to a different host?

You want to leave us? :(

You can request a backup from the admin.

My friend told me I should join him, plus he has no other forums on it as it is. I'll get more freedom to blow my forum up. ;) :D

Send an email to mdvaldosta from the account you used to set up your forum requesting a copy of your database. This is a free service on ProphpBB, other hosts would charge for this.

We'll be sorry to see you go.

Rich said he would help in trying to figure out how to restore the backup onto a different board, but is there anyone that simply knows how? My members are getting rather restless... (I didn't want to ask for a second backup)
