when you make a topic, under the buttons submit preview etc, you have sticky global, annoucement, etc... click in the little ball and ok

i dont have those options under the submit and preview buttons when i go to make a topic confused here lol

Mdvaldosta fixed it for me lol, I did all kinds of stuff to it, and it was all messed up but Md fixed it so its all good now. Thanks Md I am your number 1 Fan! lol
