Is there a setting to see when all your users login? To see when everyone logs in and what they do?

Ashley, you're thinking or the real-time updates of where they currently are. To view the log of what your members have been doing:
>> Log into your Admin Control Panel,
>> Click the Maintenance Tab
>> Play around with the options in the left column

yes you have got that...but I find that a little less useful than than the view on-line part
