Went ahead and rolled
this out ahead of some of the other updates we're working on, which was implemented
by request.

Gives administrators options to place users in groups based on post count, membership days, and warning points.
I can certainly see the usefullness of this ability, for things such as (these are just example ideas):
- Restrict new members to posting in a certain area until they have a certain post count.
- Grant access to a special VIP forum where when usrs reach a certain post count or have been a member for a certain amount of time.
- Send users to a restricted usergroup after a certain number warning points.
To access the settings for the
auto groups, navigate to ACP => Users and Groups => Manage Groups and you'll see something like this:

Obviously settings of "0" will disable that feature. By default this is zero'd out for all groups. Remember that phpBB group permissions can be difficult to figure out for novice admins so be certain your permissions are correct (hint: test users' permissions) so you don't accidentally grant access or restrict groups to areas you don't intend.
